Regardless of what your final project is, it all begins with a plot of dirt that has to be graded, leveled and sculpted to your specifications. Road infrastructure was the business of 3B Construction when we started in 1983. We do much more now, but the dirtwork remains an area of expertise and specialization.

 

 

From Dirt to Finished Project

 

3B Construction maintains one of the largest heavy equipment fleets in the Southwest, with experienced operators. Our portfolio of projects ranges from several thousand to over twenty million cubic yards in all types of soil conditions. We do everything from initial land clearing, including tree and brush removal, to excavation, rock hauling, finish grading and the placement of roads, building pads, and site preparation. And if there were the remains of previous structures, we do concrete recycling. Our goal is a stable foundation for your project.

 

Eliminating Drainage Problems

 

Your project needs to be free of drainage problems and soil erosion concerns. Grading needs to direct water way from roadways, buildings and equipment sites. This is one of our specialties. When necessary, we also install drainage culverts.

 

 

Roads and Paving

 

We do all levels of road construction, from graded dirt roads to gravel roads, asphalt and concrete. We’ll sit down with you and analyze the traffic in your project and come up with solutions to keep the infrastructure serviceable for many years. Since the weather and environment are always affecting the topography of your project, we can help you with ongoing maintenance, too.
